What is print-on-demand?
Our business model runs on a print-on-demand service where our products are printed and shipped only after you place an order. Each item is made to order, allowing us to offer a variety of custom-designed products without the need for large inventory.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you'd like to purchase, customise them (if applicable), and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is processed, we’ll start preparing your order!
What sizes do your products come in?
We offer a wide range of sizes depending on the product. Size charts are available on each product page to help you choose the right fit. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us for assistance.
How do I care for my products?
To ensure the longevity of your products, please follow the care instructions in the description of the product page. Typically, we recommend machine washing in cold water and air drying to preserve the designs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our fault. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
What if my order is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund. Be sure to include photographic evidence of the issue. For more details please refer to our Refund Policy.
Shipping Information
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track its progress. If you haven’t received a tracking number, feel free to contact us, and we’ll provide an update.
How long will it take to get my package?
Processing and production times vary depending on the product and order volume. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days to process and produce your order. Once shipped, delivery can take an additional 2-4 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size/weight of the products you order. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase by entering your shipping address at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts. Be sure to check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on any shipping promotions.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update your address.
Do you ship internationally?
